Voice To Your Notes ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS and watchOS application.
Information We Collect
Audio Recordings
- Voice recordings you create using the app's microphone on your iPhone or Apple Watch
- Audio files are stored locally on your device in M4A format
Transcriptions
- Text transcriptions generated from your audio recordings using Apple's Speech Recognition technology
- Metadata including recording dates and timestamps
App Settings
- Your preferred transcription language
- Export service preferences and configurations
Third-Party Service Credentials (Optional)
When you choose to connect external services, the following are stored locally on your device:
- Notion: OAuth access tokens, workspace information, and selected page ID (stored securely in device Keychain)
- Roam Research: API key and graph name (stored in UserDefaults)
We do not store your credentials on our servers.
